Pricing

I believe that everyone should have access to mental health services, regardless of how much money you earn. For this reason, I do not charge a set fee and instead will work with you to establish a fee you are comfortable with. I hope to have a mutually respectful and honest therapeutic relationship with all of my clients.

Sessions usually last 50 minutes (however this can be lengthened or shortened depending on your individual needs).

​

You will be asked to read and sign a client agreement at our first session. We will go through this document together to ensure you understand and are happy with everything it contains.

Other services I offer:

• Telephone counselling - For some, telephone counselling offers a helpful alternative to face-to-face counselling. This involves talking to your counsellor over the phone instead of in person. This form of counselling can be particularly useful for those too busy to attend face-to-face sessions, and can be carried out in the comfort of your own home. This might be a helpful option if you live a substantial distance from Goulburn - however I do recommend face-to-face sessions in addition to telephone counselling.

• Online counselling - Some people prefer not to physically speak to a counsellor at all, utilising technology and emailing their counsellor instead. This form of counselling allows you to take the time to think through what you wish to discuss, and many find the act of physically writing their issues down cathartic. Online counselling also offers you the chance to protect your anonymity.

Please note: 

* There is no extra cost for the presence of a therapy puppy or kitten, however this must be pre-arranged.

**Cancellations: Please advise of cancellations ASAP. There is no penalty, but please give as much notice as possible.
